Blog Candy

I would like to wish everyone a very healthy , peaceful and happy New year!!

I am so excited that I am almost at 10,000 hits and would like to celebrate by offering an amazing Blog Candy to one random person, and all you have to do, is leave me a comment and tell me what your New Year's resolution is. Please spread the word!

I will post a card tomorrow so please come back.

Hope you are all having an amazing night.

Hugs

Spend more time in my craft room and on SCS. Try to do more swaps, and more challenges. Obviously , exercise more (I think that is one everyone tries, lol, we'll see). Eat Healthier (another one of 'those'). And I am sure many more...yikes!

Great idea, Nicky! I've picked a word to be my inspiration for this year. My word is "embrace".
My husband has recently been diagnosed with MS, so I am learning to accept this new reality and embrace all that comes with it. Balancing time for me in all of this is critical and that's where ensuring that I keep crafting comes in. Keep posting your wonderful creations! Deanna U:)

New Year's resolution-"spend more time in my craft room" I love my time there and I just don't spend enough time escaping everyday life.

I'm hoping to exercise more and eat a more balanced diet. I guess that means I won't be able to have chocolate for breakfast anymore...
Oh well, I think it's probably healthier to have a stamping obsession instead of a chocolate one anyway, right? Happy New Year, Nicky!

My resolution is to get caught up on scrapping!! I've been so busy making cards that my scrapbooking has fallen way behind!! I want to do it all...there just isn't enough time!!
I think for every card I make I will challenge myself to do a scrapbook page or two.
I have a few more...one more specific is to embrace everyday moments with my family & friends.
Happy New Year!!

My resolution is to buy less and use more. I always see something I have to have, then don't use it because if I do, I won't have it anymore! CRAZY. I am going to work on this. Have a Happy New Year!

Congrats on the 10,000 hits Nicky! This may sound silly but my resolution is to stop eating chips. They are my one vice and I always say I'll only eat a few and next thing you know the bag is empty!! Happy 2009. Hugs, Maria

My resolution, like many others, is to get back to scrapbooking and also to try to incorporate rubber stamping on my layouts. With regards to this hobby, have another resolution - to actually read the articles, instead of just flipping thru the pages, in all those stamping/cardmaking/scrapbooking mags I frequently buy. A third resolution would be to take Nicky's Copic marker class which I have now signed up to do. Whew, that's enough resolutions for this year! LOL!

I don't like to call them resolutions...just goals. I am slowly getting back to running/walking(had to quit for a while due to an injury), and then sending out birthday/occasion cards on time. I want to get back to journal keeping and reading my scriptures on a daily basis too. That's it!

Congrats on all the hits, I hope to one day get there. Iam still thinking on my word for this year. I have a few goals though, one would be to be more punctual.

I like calling them ambitions- and mine are to: Use up my scraps, get the 2008 album caught up before our first baby arrives in April, and post to my blog more regularly.

Hallo,
I plan on getting my craft room back into something resembling order - time to dig into all the garage sale finds and get to work on all the projects I had in mind (and I reluntantly admit to some major slacking on the housekeeping side of the rest of the house too - gotta get a crowbar to get me loose of the craft room long enough to clean occasionally and maybe cook dinner once in a while.
Happy New Year
